Yes! We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on all orders over 39,99 €. For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a track & trace code by e-mail.
This way, you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available.

RETURN POLICY
- Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Damaged or soiled items will not be accepted.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: The quickest way to get what you need is to return your item and place a new order.

Fill Out the Returns Form
Locate the returns form included in your package and fill it out completely. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare Your Package
Place the item securely in a suitable shipping box.
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.
Choose Your Return Carrier
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred return shipping partner and covering the return costs.
Please note that your package does not include a pre-paid return label!
Ship Your Package
Drop off your return at a post office or with a courier service as soon as possible.
Keep your tracking number for reference. Use the return address provided in your order confirmation or contact info@pinknoirofficial.com if you need assistance.
Wait for Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received confirmation after 15 business days, contact us for an update.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This guarantees availability and speeds up the process.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. If you are in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to return your order for any reason.
