Measurement Guide
Tip: Wear a non-padded bra when measuring bust for accuracy. Always measure while standing straight, relaxed.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually above the navel).
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Description
The Georgia Jacket is made from 100% polyester and designed to keep you warm and comfortable through winter. It comes with both a zipper and button closure, plus a detachable hood that fully covers the head for rainy or windy days. The hood can be secured at the front with buttons so it stays in place no matter the weather.
Practical details include zipped outer pockets with a soft cotton-feel lining, an inside pocket on the left, cord stoppers at the hem and hood for an adjustable fit, and soft inner cuffs for extra comfort. A women’s winter jacket that’s protective, functional, and easy to wear every day.

All orders placed before 2pm on working days will be delivered the same day excluding public holidays. If ordered after 2pm your order will be delivered the following working day excluding public holidays.

Returns
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can use the refund paper that was in your package.

**Damaged returns**
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.
**Defective items**
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.
**Non-returnable items**
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items without the original tags and packaging
- Gift Cards
- Items marked FINAL SALE
Final sale items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**European Union 14 day cooling off period**
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
